Axtria - Ingenious Insights is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Design & Planning to lead advanced clinical design, planning, feasibility studies, and DCT strategies. The role blends technical rigor with strategic consulting, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management across biotech and pharma programs.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in clinical analytics, insights use cases, and a track record of supporting RFPs and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep SME in Clinical Design, Planning, Feasibility, DCT and DEI space.
• Decent understanding of Study conduct - startup and closeout; Rescue understanding.
• Strong delivery exp. with balance of tech and consulting.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of Clinical Analytics and Insights use cases.
• Experience supporting RFPs and BD activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in clinical design and planning for trials.
• Drive feasibility assessments and DCT strategy across programs.
• Support study conduct concepts from startup to closeout with rescue planning.
• Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Leverage clinical analytics to derive insights and influence decisions.
• Contribute to RFP responses and business development efforts.
