Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management in India for an on-site role in Hyderabad. You will build and lead a regional Data Management organization, shaping the global operating vision and ensuring timely portfolio delivery.

You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, manage external vendors, advance automation and AI initiatives, and mentor talent across R&D functions to sustain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• 10+ years in functional leadership and 8+ years of people management.
• Experience leading teams of 5–150 supporting global data management functions.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management regulations and standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, GDPR).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

We are seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management, India to join our Clinical Data Management Leadership Team, supporting our clinical pipeline in an on-site role. You will shape the global operational vision and strategy for Data Management, build a high-performing regional organisation, and support the recruitment of top talent across other R&D functions. You will also act as the local R&D Lead for the Global Capability Centre, working across Clinical Data Operations, Central Services, External Data Acquisition, and external partners.

This role requires

• 15+ years of clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech, including 10+ years of functional leadership and 8+ years of people management.
• Experience leading teams of 5–150 supporting global data management functions.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management regulations and standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, ICH‑GCP, GxP, and GDPR.
• Expertise in clinical data management systems such as EDC, eSource, eCOA, IRT, and medical coding platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
