Senior Director with complete ownership and responsibility of Product Management, Product Engineering and Product Delivery for our customer’s products.

Experience - 18+ years

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Completely manage a client account ensuring the right balance between delivery of ongoing projects and skills to maintain the customer relationship to identify new prospective projects from the client account.
2. Experience in managing multiple accounts within a portfolio with good stakeholder engagement and ensuring delivery excellence as well as account growth for those accounts.
3. Excellent objective project management with data point analysis on budget, actual and forecast information on effort, schedule and cost.
4. Experience and confidence in client management with good articulation, detailing and negotiation skills.
5. Capable in coordinating client interactions for product requirement grooming and detailing, product development with modern engineering practices, user acceptance testing, rollout and release phases.
6. Able to drive proposals, presales activities, make commercial decisions, integrate multiple teams and present a compelling proposal to the client.
7. Experience in Product Management and Product Engineering in Web/Mobile technologies with industry standard engineering practices (Clear conceptual knowledge about Branching Strategies, CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing, Unit Testing through Code, Automated Review Gates, NFR management, Cloud services etc.)
8. Passionate about going into functional and technical details along with inspiring, participating and motivating the core team in design/solutioning phases. Confidence to collect required details and present the same to client stakeholders.
9. Expertise in handling end to end project delivery in Agile Methodology with hands on experience in Product Grooming, Agile Ceremonies, Collaborating with Technical Architects, Development, Testing, Release and Maintenance of the product.
10. Excellent Project Management skills including Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials and Quality
11. Experience in managing teams of size > 40. Ability to work alongside and Inspire/Motivate the team.
12. Experience in leading Agile teams anchoring different ceremonies like grooming, sprint planning, sprint retro and sprint demo
13. Excellent team management skills, enabling each team member to improve their competencies and work quality, become better professionals
14. Adequate technical exposure to understand modern web/mobile application development along with ability to visualize and understand technology architecture
15. Full ownership of delivery and pre-sales in a client account ensuring the right balance between delivery of ongoing projects and identifying new opportunities in a client account.
16. Act as a single point of responsibility for the customer. Co-ordinate with different teams executing different projects for the customer and give the customer a unified delivery experience.
17. Enable different project teams serving the customer to help each other.
18. Full ownership of functional, technical, and commercial quality of the projects.
19. Passionate about going into functional and technical details along with inspiring, participating and motivating the core team in design/solutioning phases. Confidence to collect required details and present the same to client stakeholders.
20. Analysis Skills – Natural interest to analysis and problem-solving. Should be able to analyze business problems faced by the client and suggest solutions.
