EY GDS India LLP is seeking a Project Management - Digital professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead and deliver digital transformation across Banking & Capital Markets platforms.

You will drive agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery, collaborate across global teams, and push AI-enabled initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience leading digital transformation or platform implementation in BFSI.
• Strong understanding of Banking & Capital Markets products, processes, and regulatory landscape.
• Proven experience delivering complex platform-led programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Working knowledge of AI/Generative AI use cases, digital platforms, cloud transformation, and data-driven delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Project Management - Digital (Banking & Capital Markets Platforms)

Role Summary

EY GDS India LLP is seeking a Project Management - Digital professional with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across Banking & Capital Markets platforms. The role requires strong program and project management expertise, banking domain knowledge, platform implementation experience, and the ability to drive AI-enabled transformation programs across global stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation, platform implementation, modernization, migration, and process optimization programs within Banking & Capital Markets.
• Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, resource plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, platform vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, track key milestones, and provide regular status reporting to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, decision forums, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Support business case development, change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption planning for digital initiatives.
• Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and analytics to improve delivery efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience managing digital transformation, platform implementation, or technology-enabled business change programs within the BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of Banking & Capital Markets products, processes, operating models, and regulatory landscape.
• Proven experience delivering complex platform-led programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Working knowledge of AI/Generative AI use cases, digital platforms, cloud transformation, and data-driven program delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with leading banking and capital markets platforms, enterprise transformation programs, PMO governance, and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms will be highly preferred.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent, along with experience in global delivery environments, will be an added advantage.
