Job summary

Apex Kidney Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled dialysis technician to operate dialysis sessions per unit protocol, prepare dialysate, and monitor patients during treatment.

You will document treatment parameters, respond appropriately to emergencies, maintain complete medical records, and coordinate with nephrologists and nursing staff.

Strong communication, knowledge of local languages, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Document treatment parameters and communicate patient condition to senior staff.
• Monitor patient during dialysis.
• Respond to dialysis-related emergencies.
• Follow universal precautions and infection control policies.
• Implement care plans as directed by nephrologist/physician.
• Monitor patient outcomes.
• Ensure center compliance with AKC policies and procedures.
• Daily update dialysis treatment records in the software.
