Senior DevOps Engineer – SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing

At DHL eCommerce, billing accuracy and reliability are critical to keeping global eCommerce moving. As a DevOps Engineer – SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant invoicing processes for high‑volume global eCommerce business.

In this role, DevOps means production stability, hands‑on configuration, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical billing services.

You will work hands‑on with SAP Convergent Invoicing, supporting day‑to‑day production operations, resolving incidents and defects, and implementing billing‑related changes and improvements. Your role will combine support activities, system configuration, and close collaboration with business teams, other SAP BRIM modules, and global IT colleagues.

You will grow your expertise by working with real production systems in a global environment, learning end‑to‑end billing processes and contributing to continuous improvements that directly impact DHL customers worldwide.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).

Very good knowledge of other SAP BRIM modules such as FICA, CC & SOM is an important advantage.

Responsibilities and qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in SAP BRIM CI configuration, Project Implementations & Production support
• Good understanding of SAP FI‑CA, CC & SOM
• Experience with incident analysis, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under time and workload pressure

As you will work in a multinational environment, good spoken and written English is required.
