Job summary

GlobalLogic in Pune is seeking a senior DevOps leader to steer strategy, architect scalable CI/CD pipelines, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP. You will implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, drive containerization with Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, and ensure reliability, security, and observability.

The role requires 8+ years in DevOps/infra, strong cloud, CI/CD, IaC, and scripting skills, with Agile/SDLC understanding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP as secondary).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
• Networking/IAM/VPCs and cloud security practices.
• Git and version control workflows.
• DevOps principles, Agile, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team with technical guidance.
• Define and drive DevOps strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Architect and manage cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP) for availability.
• Implement IaC using Terraform or Ansible.
