Job summary

KPIT Technologies Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain automated build, quality and SIL testing pipelines for automotive software development.

You will focus on integrating automotive toolchains with modern cloud-native DevOps platforms and ensuring scalable, traceable workflows. The role requires 3-8 years of experience and hands-on expertise with Git/GitLab/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AUTOSAR, CANoe, vTESTstudio and dSPACE.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in automotive DevOps or Software in the Loop pipeline engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and scale automated pipelines for automotive embedded software components.
• Develop and maintain Software in the Loop SIL simulation pipelines for virtual validation.
• Integrate static code analysis dynamic analysis and automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Containerize automotive tools including MATLAB Simulink CANoe vTESTstudio dSPACE and compiler toolchains.
• Manage deterministic build environments using Docker virtual machines and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Integrate GitHub Enterprise with Azure Boards to ensure complete traceability between development activities and work items.
• Automate artifact management versioning and compliance documentation supporting ISO 26262 requirements.
• Support virtualization of testing environments for scalable cloud based execution.
• Develop AI assisted automation solutions for pipeline optimization monitoring and validation.
• Create automation scripts using Python Bash and PowerShell.
• Support hybrid environments across cloud infrastructure and on premises build systems.
• Implement logging monitoring and performance optimization for engineering pipelines.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency build speed and overall platform reliability.
