Job summary

Papigen is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage end-to-end Azure DevOps administration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations in India. The role involves supporting application releases, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting issues across environments.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in DevOps, with strong expertise in Azure DevOps and a proven track record of managing cloud operations and deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Key Vault, App Insights).
• Experience with self-hosted agents & pipeline troubleshooting.
• Azure certifications preferred.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Users, Projects).


• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications.


• Create and manage build/release pipelines across environments.


• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, and production incidents.


• Configure and maintain self-hosted Azure DevOps agents.


• Manage variable groups, service connections, and environment configurations.


• Support Azure services (App Services, Key Vault, Application Insights).


• Monitor applications and analyze logs using Azure monitoring tools.


• Handle Key Vault secrets, certificates, and configuration updates.


• Perform production deployments, validations, and rollback support.


• Collaborate with Dev, QA, Infra, and Support teams for release activities.


• Provide production support and resolve infrastructure/deployment issues.
