You will develop CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, implement IaC with Bicep/ ARM, and collaborate across teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Azure infrastructure, tools, and services.
• 3+ years using IaC tools such as Bicep, ARM, etc.
• Proficient with source code management: GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Hands-on with container-based infrastructure and production deployments.
• Proficient with monitoring/logging like AppInsights.
• Programming/scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright).
• Frontend/backend experience (React, Angular, C#, Java, .NET) a plus.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, SAST, DAST; incident response.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with over 8 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and security best practices. You will play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing cloud-based production environments, enabling high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.

Key points:

• Act as subject-matter expert regarding DevSecOps related areas, tools and processes both in Azure cloud.
• Develop Azure cloud-based and internal tools and processes to maintain stability and performance of our infrastructure.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot several internal applications and respond to and resolve production issues.
• Gather, analyze, and report system monitoring.
• Deploy, maintain, and manage Azure cloud-based production systems ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Build and scale web-based tools and solutions tailored for business needs.
• Conduct security reviews and implement improvements to meet compliance and governance standards.
• Operate effectively in an Agile environment, collaborating cross-functionally with development and operations teams.
• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery of applications and services.
• Leverage container orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes) to manage deployment workflows.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
• Conduct regular security reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve security processes.
• Use container orchestration technologies to manage production-level deployments.
• Work collaboratively with software development teams across disciplines.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Azure infrastructure, tools, and services.
• 3+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, ARM, etc.
• Proficient in source code management tools: GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with container-based infrastructure and production deployments.
• Proficient in monitoring and logging tools such as AppInsights.
• Strong programming/scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, etc.
• Frontend/backend development experience is a plus (React, Angular, C#, Java, .NET).
• In-depth understanding of cloud security, application security, SAST, and DAST practices.
• Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and participating in on-call rotations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and zero-defect mentality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance.
