Multiplier is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to scale our multi-region cloud platform in Bengaluru. You will own AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and site reliability, partnering with product teams to ship features quickly and securely.

You will drive automation, cost optimization, and AI-assisted tooling, building resilient environments and championing security in every layer of the stack.

Formación

• 6-8 years of industry experience in a DevOps role, preferably as part of a SaaS product team.
• Deep knowledge in AWS and the services available with multi-region architecture for customer-facing products.
• Exceptional understanding of containerisation technologies and Docker; hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS ECS and AWS EKS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform).
• Able to use Java, JavaScript or Python; scripting in Bash/Groovy.
• Site reliability experience including observability and production issue handling.
• Hands-on with AI automation tooling and AWS Bedrock concepts; AI security awareness.
• Strong security focus for web technologies and cloud infrastructure.

What will I be doing?

• Owning and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS, including multi-region, customer-facing architecture.

• Working as part of product development from inception to launch, and owning deployment pipelines through to site reliability.

• Ensuring a high availability production site with proper alerting, monitoring and security in place.

• Creating an efficient environment for product development teams to build, test and deploy features quickly by providing multiple environments for testing and staging.

• Using infrastructure as code and the best of methods and tools in DevOps to innovate and keep improving.

• Creating an automation culture, including agentic automation and AI-driven tooling, and adding automation wherever it is needed.

• Driving cost optimization initiatives across the AWS platform.

What do I need?

• 6-8 years of industry experience in a similar DevOps role, preferably as part of a SaaS product team. You can demonstrate the significant impact your work has had on the product and/or the team.

• Deep knowledge in AWS and the services available. Experience building complex, multi-region cloud architecture for customer-facing products.

• Exceptional understanding of containerisation technologies and Docker. Have had hands on experience with Kubernetes, AWS ECS and AWS EKS.

• Experience with Terraform or any other infrastructure as code solutions.

• Able to comfortably use at least one high level programming language such as Java, Javascript or Python. Hands on experience scripting in bash, groovy and others.

• Site reliability experience beyond infra management, including observability, performance improvements, and investigating critical production issues alongside developers.

• Hands on experience with agentic infrastructure and AI automation (for example AWS Bedrock, agent harnesses), and an understanding of AI security.

• Security is core to this role: strong understanding of security in web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
