Multiplier is building a borderless global hiring platform backed by top investors. We seek a DevOps engineer to own AWS multi-region infrastructure, implement robust deployment pipelines, and ensure production reliability.

You'll work closely with product teams to provide scalable environments, advanced observability, and AI-enabled automation while prioritizing security and compliance.

Formación

• 6-8 years DevOps experience in a SaaS product team.
• AWS with multi-region, customer-facing architectures.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Terraform or IaC tooling experience.
• One language: Java, JavaScript or Python; scripting in Bash.

What will I be doing?

• Owning and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS, including multi-region, customer-facing architecture.
• Working as part of product development from inception to launch, and owning deployment pipelines through to site reliability.
• Ensuring a high availability production site with proper alerting, monitoring and security in place.
• Creating an efficient environment for product development teams to build, test and deploy features quickly by providing multiple environments for testing and staging.
• Using infrastructure as code and the best of methods and tools in DevOps to innovate and keep improving.
• Creating an automation culture, including agentic automation and AI-driven tooling, and adding automation wherever it is needed.

What do I need?

• 6-8 years of industry experience in a similar DevOps role, preferably as part of a SaaS product team. You can demonstrate the significant impact your work has had on the product and/or the team.
• Deep knowledge in AWS and the services available. Experience building complex, multi-region cloud architecture for customer-facing products.
• Exceptional understanding of containerisation technologies and Docker. Have had hands on experience with Kubernetes, AWS ECS and AWS EKS.
• Experience with Terraform or any other infrastructure as code solutions.
• Able to comfortably use at least one high level programming language such as Java, Javascript or Python. Hands on experience scripting in bash, groovy and others.
• Site reliability experience beyond infra management, including observability, performance improvements, and investigating critical production issues alongside developers.
• Hands on experience with agentic infrastructure and AI automation (for example AWS Bedrock, agent harnesses), and an understanding of AI security.
• Security is core to this role: strong understanding of security in web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
