Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and implement enterprise-scale ITSM solutions for global IT operations. You will drive automation, scalability, and seamless integrations across ServiceNow platforms.

The role requires strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP experience, and a proven track record in building complex integrations within ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal environments. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
• Strong JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and secure coding practices.
• Certifications CSA and CAD are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations.
• Define development standards and coding guidelines; support upgrades.
• Build workflows, custom apps, configurations, and integrations using Flow Designer and workflow editor.
• Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalogue items, and portals.
• Build automations using Flow Designer and scripted APIs; integrate with third-party platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions; collaborate with stakeholders.

Position Summary

Experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global IT operations with a focus on automation, scalability, and integration, ITSM.

Responsibilities

Platform & Architecture

• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations
• Define development standards & coding guidelines
• Support Instance Upgrades, define Exclusions, ATF

Development & Configuration

• Build workflows, Customization, Configurations, Integrations
• Develop custom applications, workflows using Flow Designer and workflow editor, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, script includes
• Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalogue items, and portals
• Build automations using Flow Designer, Connection and Credentials, scripted REST/SOAP APIs
• Proven track record building enterprise-level integrations
• Strong hand-on experience in java script
• Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations using:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Integration Hub spokes
  • OAuth 2.0, SAML, Okta and Single Sign-On
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Active Directory)

Operations

• Manage releases, upgrades, deployments
• Maintain documentation and compliance

Automation

• Drive ITSM automation and process optimization

Requirements
