Position Details:

Position Overview:
This is a direct hiring opportunity with SEIL for a high-performing Senior Development Lead with 710 years of experience to take end-to-end accountability for leading engineering teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role, you will architect, build, integrate, and maintain enterprise-grade web, cross-platform mobile, and cloud platforms. You will bridge technical design with business strategy by leading full-stack engineers, driving SAP/ERP integrations, automating ETL data flows, securing applications through VAPT compliance, and enabling enterprise MIS reporting through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End SDLC Leadership: Drive end-to-end accountability across the entire software development lifecycleincluding requirements engineering, technical design, Agile sprint management, automated deployments, and maintenance.
• Team Management & Code Quality: Lead, mentor, and perform direct code reviews for full-stack web, backend, and mobile software engineering teams to ensure clean architecture and scalability.
• Enterprise Integrations & ETL: Architect RESTful API workflows and automated ETL data pipelines connecting ERP, CRM, HRMS, Logistics, and SAP/Oracle enterprise systems.
• Cloud & Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of resilient full-stack applications using .NET / Node.js hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Security Governance & VAPT Compliance: Oversee application vulnerability management, direct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) audits, and ensure zero-day security remediations.
• MIS & Data Visualization: Partner with executive stakeholders to build robust data models and Power BI reporting dashboards for business intelligence.

Primary Required Skills:

• SDLC & Engineering Leadership: Proven experience managing engineering teams, sprint backlogs, Git workflows, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Backend Engineering: Core expertise in .NET Core and/or Node.js with RESTful API architecture.
• Frontend & Web Stack: High proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web application frameworks.
• Database Design: Deep hands-on experience in schema design, indexing, and complex query optimization across MS SQL Server and MySQL.
• Cloud & System Integrations: Demonstrated track record with Microsoft Azure services and SAP API integrations.

Secondary Required Skills:

• Mobile Development: Experience managing cross-platform mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, or legacy Apache Cordova/Framework7).
• Application Security: Practical knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, secure coding practices, and VAPT toolsets.
• Business Intelligence (MIS): Hands-on ability to build data schemas for enterprise Power BI reporting.

Education:

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering field.
