Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Sr Developer, Software Development to build scalable backend services and collaborate with product teams. The role focuses on high-performance applications, secure coding practices, and continuous improvement across the stack.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, contributing to architecture decisions while operating in a hybrid office setup with in-person days in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building scalable, cloud-native services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.
• Experience with Snowflake, Iceberg, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• CI/CD pipelines (Harness) and source control tools such as Git/Gerrit.
• Working knowledge of Spark, Python, BigQuery, SQL, and NoSQL databases is desirable.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into applications is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

• Working knowledge of Spark, Python, BigQuery, SQL, and NoSQL databases is desirable.
