Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Bangalore, India is seeking a Senior Developer Cloud Applications to design, configure, develop, and deliver CRM solutions that drive quote-to-cash, service, sales, and marketing workflows.

You will work with business users and IT peers in an on-site role within the CRM DevOps group, applying Oracle ERP integrations and out-of-the-box functionality while guiding multi-project delivery and modern development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of CRM/IT experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience supporting CRM applications in IT.
• Experience with Oracle BigMachines.
• Experience with complex development using best practices and source control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Configure/Price/Quote, and Marketing to understand ongoing maintenance, enhancements, project requirements.
• Identify and evaluate best practices and recommend enhancements to tools and functionality.
• Stay updated on CRM trends and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Design, develop, and configure solutions using out-of-box features or sandbox apps.
• Support and enhance CRM integrations to Oracle ERP or other cloud applications.

The Senior Developer Cloud Applications for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for working with the Business users and IT team members to design, configure, develop, and deliver solutions that enable CRM automated processes and support the execution of Customer Relationship Management strategies. This position is part of the Information Technologies department located in Bangalore, India and will be on site. You will be a part of the CRM DevOps and report to the Sr Manager Business Applications responsible for supporting the CRM applications for the Quote-to-Cash, Service, Sales, and Marketing business functions. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Work closely with the business functions such as Service, Sales, Configure/Price/Quote, and Marketing to understand ongoing maintenance, enhancements, project requirements and capabilities.
• Identify and evaluate best practices related to the use of tools both internally and externally and makes recommendations to management for incorporation into existing tools/functionality.
• Stay abreast of the trends in technology in support of CRM and Incorporate industry standard user interface design that is intuitive, simple, and easy to use.li>
• Design, develop and configure solutions using out of box functionality or custom applications in a sandbox environment.
• Support and enhance CRM integrations to Oracle ERP or Other Cloud Applications.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent in field with 3+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 2+ years experience . industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant fields.
• Information Technology experience supporting CRM applications.
• Experience with Oracle BigMachines
• Experience with complex development using software engineering best practices, with demonstrated ability to adhere to source control and design control processes; must possess a focused urgency and willingness to manage multiple short- and moderate-duration projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: BML, Java, Java Script, SFDC – Apex, VF, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle ERP, and Oracle SQL, PLSQL skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with JIRA, SVN, Jenkins, Selenium and python
• Integration tools like informatica, Oracle SOA, and Rest and Soap API’s
