Job summary

Atyeti is seeking an IT support professional to assist end users with Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 services. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills, with experience in AD, Azure, SharePoint, and AV systems.

Training will be provided for the Private Equity domain, and ITIL familiarity is preferred. The candidate should have GCSEs or equivalent and formal IT training, with certifications in Azure or related Microsoft technologies

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Excellent knowledge of core Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge).
• Office 365 experience, User Account Management & Troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AV systems (Crestron and Cisco).
• ITIL knowledge and training; ITIL certification desirable but not essential.

Job description

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Ability to respond timely to end users and resolve issues.
• Excellent customer service, high levels of communication and the ability to managing problems through to completion.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments as we have now migrated to Windows 11 globally.
• Excellent working knowledge of core Microsoft products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge etc
• Office 365 experience User Account Management & Troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory and its associated tools.
• Experience supporting remote access systems including MFA and VPN connections.
• Demonstrable commitment to quality, service and problem management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Sharepoint
• Knowledge of AV systems, such as Crestron and Cisco
• Knowledge of the Private Equity industry is a nice-to-have but not essential as training will be provided.
• Knowledge and experience of ITIL
• GCSEs or equivalent
• Professional qualifications preferably some formal IT training
