Job summary

Maximus Global Consulting Services in Delhi is seeking a Senior Designer to lead end-to-end design and production of a luxury wedding and lifestyle magazine. You will manage design execution, artwork prep, post-production, and print coordination, while ensuring content integration and timely delivery.

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven Senior Designer to lead the end-to-end design and production of our luxury wedding and lifestyle magazine. The role calls for a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and seamless collaboration with editorial, photography, and production teams to deliver high-quality work

within tight deadlines while upholding the brands distinctive visual identity.

Role & responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and layout of the magazine, ensuring premium aesthetics, visual consistency, and adherence to the brand guidelines.
• Manage design execution, artwork preparation, post-production, and print coordination in collaboration with the post-production team.
• Work closely with editorial and photography teams to ensure seamless content integration and timely delivery.
• Manage timelines, share PDFs for playback and approvals, incorporate feedback, and maintain design quality throughout the production cycle.
• Support Instagram and social media communication through creative design, platform-specific formats and dimensions, and coordination with video editors.
• Source and develop illustrations, graphics, and imagery to support timely and effective creative execution.
• Maintain clear communication, professional email correspondence, and efficient coordination across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Bridge.
• Strong understanding of editorial design, typography, layouts, image selection, and print production workflows.
• Familiarity with Instagram content formats, creative specifications, and visual communication.
• Strong organisational, time-management, communication, and email-writing skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and positive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
