Job summary

Landor is seeking a Senior Designer (Corporate Branding) to join our Global Design Studio in India. You will develop and implement corporate brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints, translating strategy into cohesive visual systems and guidelines.

You will lead design projects from concept to execution, collaborating with Creative Directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional craft while applying strong Adobe Creative Suite skills across InDesign,

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement corporate brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact across all brand applications.
• Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into cohesive visual systems, comprehensive brand guidelines, and strategically driven design solutions.
• Lead design projects from concept through execution, collaborating closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, strategists, and cross-functional creative teams to deliver exceptional design craft.
• Apply strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) while contributing to art direction across photography, illustration, motion, and AI-assisted creative outputs.

What You'll Need:

• Significant experience within branding or design agencies, with a strong focus on developing and evolving corporate brand identity systems across a wide range of applications and touchpoints.
• Proven ability to build comprehensive brand systems and guidelines from core brand concepts, translating strategic thinking into effective and impactful design solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, combined with an excellent understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and art direction.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality corporate branding work, system-led thinking, conceptual strength, and exceptional creative execution.
