Job summary

Landor is seeking a Designer to join our Delhi studio. The role involves developing and delivering branding and packaging solutions, translating strategy into visual design across multiple touchpoints.

You will contribute to visual identity systems, create guidelines, and collaborate with strategists and project teams to deliver high-quality work in a hybrid setup.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the development and delivery of branding and packaging projects from concept to final execution, translating strategic and creative direction into effective visual design solutions.
• Create and apply visual identity and packaging systems including logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, imagery, and supporting assets across packaging, communications, presentations, publications, digital platforms, social media, and environmental applications.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and standards documentation, prepare presentations and design rationale, and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining high levels of craft, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project teams to deliver integrated brand solutions, stay informed on design trends and emerging technologies, and support the studio in delivering high-quality projects on time.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in branding, packaging, design consultancy, or in-house brand teams, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual design, typography, layout, composition, and visual communication skills.
• Strong understanding of packaging principles and visual identity systems, with experience applying brand identities across packaging, multiple channels, and touchpoints; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Highly detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work, able to manage multiple tasks within project timelines, and skilled in communication, collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
• Curious about branding, packaging, business, culture, and design, with experience in B2B, professional services, financial, technology, or large-scale organisational brands considered advantageous.
