The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat, responsible for leading the design and development of home furnishing collections aligned with Natraj’s sustainable and artisanal brand ethos. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and creating product designs, developing mood boards and design directions, selecting materials and finishes, and collaborating with artisans and production teams to translate concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products. The role involves overseeing design standards, reviewing prototypes, providing detailed feedback, and ensuring consistency in aesthetics and functionality across product lines. The Senior Designer will partner with merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams to align design with market trends, customer preferences, and brand positioning. This role may also include mentoring junior designers and contributing to process improvements in design workflows and documentation.
