Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking a Design Lead to head a growing team of designers across packaging, digital, and ecommerce projects. You will mentor designers, oversee quality, manage multiple projects, coordinate with Creative Directors and international stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

The role blends hands-on design with team development in a fast-paced agency environment, offering exposure to global brands and diverse formats including packaging and digital media.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of design experience
• Experience leading or mentoring designers
• Agency experience preferred
• FMCG, packaging, retail, or adaptation experience is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
• Strong visual design, layout, typography, and branding skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Ai knowledge
• Motion Graphics (not mandatory but will be helpful)
