Job summary

DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC is hiring a Naval Architect to lead hull structural design and advanced FEA analyses. You will ensure compliance with classification society rules while guiding a multidisciplinary team toward robust, efficient structural solutions.

The role requires 5-7 years of naval architecture experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to design optimization and collaboration with other engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Naval Architecture or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in structural design and analysis of ship hulls.
• Strong knowledge of classification society rules and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and structural assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute structural design and analysis of ship hull structures.
