Roles and Responsibilities:
- Denial Radiology and IVR:
- Life science graduate is mandatory.
- Coder should have 2+ years of experience in Rad denial; IVR experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of all modalities and denial workflows is required.
- In-depth knowledge of payer policies and denial concepts such as NCCI edits, MUE, and medical necessity.
- Experience in creating appeal letters, claim corrections, and payer interactions.
- Denial Coder Multispecialty:
- Life science graduate is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in denial radiology, E/M IP and OP, surgery, IVR, etc.
- Knowledge of all modalities and denial workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of payer policies, denial concepts, NCCI edits, MUE, and medical necessity.
- Experience in creating appeal letters, claim corrections, and payer interactions.
- Denial Radiology Quality Auditor:
- Life science graduate is mandatory.
- 4+ years of experience in Rad denial; IVR experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze denial trends and propose solutions.
- Provide education and support to the team.
- Work independently with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of all modalities and denial workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of payer policies, denial concepts, NCCI edits, MUE, and medical necessity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Science graduate.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in denials.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Willing to work from the office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of responding properly to clients and stakeholders.
- Active CPC or CCS certification during joining, verified.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to business/process changes.
Timings & Transport:
- Shift timings: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Five days a week (Monday - Friday)
- Willing to work from the office.
