You will manage AI-native delivery rhythms, model evaluation cycles, data dependencies, and deployment gates, using AI tools to enhance planning, risk management, and reporting.

Strong stakeholder management and mentoring of delivery leads are essential in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

We are not looking for someone who tracks RAG status on a spreadsheet. We need a Delivery Manager who operates in AI-native programs - where plans change because models behave unexpectedly, where the definition of done includes evaluation metrics, and where team velocity is augmented by AI tools. You bring structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a genuine ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs. You have run programs that shipped AI-enabled outcomes, and you know how that changes every aspect of delivery.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Manage delivery for AI-native programs: sprint rhythms, model evaluation cycles, data dependency tracking, and model deployment gates are part of your delivery vocabulary.

• Use AI tools actively in your own delivery work: AI-assisted planning, risk identification, status summarisation, and decision documentation.

• Drive alignment between program objectives, business priorities, and delivery outcomes across geographies.

• Identify, elevate, and resolve risks and blockers with speed and precision - no bureaucratic padding.

• Build delivery dashboards and reporting that give leadership genuine signal, not false comfort.

• Manage third-party and partner delivery relationships; mentor delivery leads and project managers.
