Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a skilled GenAI/ML engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end ML solutions at scale. The ideal candidate brings experience with GenAI models, Python, and ML toolchains, preferably in Telecom datasets and use cases. Office-based role in Hyderabad with five-day onsite work style.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI) is highly valued. Strong SQL and big data skills complete the profile.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in GenAI/ML/DL.
• Hands-on building, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end ML solutions at scale, ideally in Telecom.
• Strong experience with GenAI models and frameworks (GPT, BERT, Llama, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
• Proficient in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in end-to-end model lifecycle management (MLOps).
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI).
• Strong SQL skills, big data tools (Spark, Hive) and data pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
• Prior Telecom datasets/use cases is a strong plus.
• Ready to work from office for all 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and deployment of GenAI/ML models.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data prep to production.
• Experiment with frameworks and model lifecycles in telecom contexts.
• Collaborate on cloud deployment and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
