Netscribes is seeking a Senior Data & MLOps Solutions Scientist for our Pune/Bangalore teams. The role focuses on coaching clients, enabling data science programs, and delivering end‑to‑end data/machine learning solutions.

You will work across enterprise clients to implement scalable pipelines, dashboards, and MLOps practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in analytical AI/ML development, strong Python/SQL skills, Databricks expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Over 5+ years of experience developing analytical AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, and MLOps workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with enterprise experience.
• Automotive industry domain knowledge is highly preferred.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Science Consultant, or Technical Enablement Lead.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Data & MLOps Solutions Scientist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & MLOps Solutions expert with over 5+ years of experience in developing analytical AI/ML solutions to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. In this role, you will lead hands‑on coaching and technical enablement for enterprise clients participating in our programs, helping them solve real‑world business challenges using modern data architectures, machine learning and AI pipelines, and analytics tools.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, and MLOps workflows, combined with strong client‑facing communication skills. Domain experience in the automotive industry is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Client Coaching & Business Problem Solving
  • Serve as the primary technical coach and advisor to clients enrolled in enablement and training programs.
  • Guide client teams through diagnosing business problems and identifying high-impact data science and analytics solutions.
  • Provide continuous mentorship, design reviews, and troubleshooting to help clients successfully deliver their projects.
• 2. Enablement, Training & Content Refinement
  • Continuously evaluate, refine, and enhance existing training curricula, technical workshops, and starter templates.
  • Develop new reusable frameworks, best practice guides, and code templates to streamline client onboarding and technical execution.
• 3. Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead architectural design and hands‑on implementation of end‑to‑end data, machine learning and AI solutions.
  • Build scalable data pipelines, predictive models, and interactive analytical dashboards for client use cases.
• 4. MLOps & Productionization
  • Guide clients through MLOps best practices, including model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model governance.
  • Assist in transitioning prototype models into robust, production‑ready enterprise environments.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiency

Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.

Data & Analytics Platforms: Hands‑on expertise with Databricks and Power BI.

AI & Developer Tools: Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, GitHub Copilot).

MLOps & Productionization: Proven experience with MLOps frameworks, deployment practices, model monitoring, and automated pipelines.

Experience & Domain Knowledge

Automotive Industry Experience: Prior experience or strong domain knowledge in the Automotive industry (e.g., supply chain, connected vehicle data, dealership analytics, predictive maintenance) is highly preferred.

Client‑Facing Skills: Demonstrated success in client‑facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Data Science Consultant, Technical Enablement Lead, or Coach.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
