Job summary

Veltris is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to helm Generative AI and RAG initiatives, driving end-to-end model lifecycles and production-ready ML systems. The candidate will lead data science and ML engineering teams, shaping AI strategy and overseeing deployment, monitoring, and governance.

You will partner with product and business stakeholders to translate AI concepts into measurable business value, and drive innovation through evaluation of emerging AI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) and RAG pipelines.
• Strong background in MLOps (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, orchestration tools).
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and productionizing advanced machine learning models. Key Responsibilities
