Job summary

Curebay Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to apply advanced analytics, ML, CV, and GenAI techniques to build scalable solutions driving business impact.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy AI workflows, optimize data systems, and mentor juniors while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Math, or related field.
• 6–8 years hands-on Data Science/AI experience.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings for retrieval.
• Familiarity with OpenCV, YOLO, CNNs, or Vision Transformers is a plus.
• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP; Tableau/Power BI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize ML models and predictive systems.
• Develop Generative AI solutions including LLM-based apps and RAG pipelines.
• Implement Vector Databases for semantic search and retrieval.
• Build AI agents and automation workflows for business use cases.
• Design CV models for image/video analysis (classification, detection, segmentation, OCR).
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and translate needs into AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments, evaluations, and A/B tests to improve outcomes.
• Ensure data quality and optimize pipelines with Data Engineers.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor juniors and keep up with AI/ML/GenAI/CV trends.
• Document models, processes, and production workflows.

Data Scientist Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our growing data team. In this role, you will apply advanced analytics, machine learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI techniques to build intelligent, scalable solutions that drive business impact. Youll collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to solve real-world problems and continuously improve data systems and AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and predictive systems.
• Develop Generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Implement and maintain Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval systems.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for business and operational use cases.
• Design and implement Computer Vision models for image and video analysis such as classification, detection, segmentation, and OCR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct experiments, model evaluations, and A/B tests to improve outcomes.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and optimize pipelines and architectures.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep up with emerging AI, ML, GenAI, and CV trends and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain thorough documentation for models, processes, and production workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings for intelligent retrieval systems.
