Job summary

The iScale is seeking a capable ML/Data Scientist to study and transform data science prototypes and design robust ML systems in Pune, India. You will research and implement advanced ML/NLP/Gen AI algorithms and build practical ML applications aligned with business requirements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and large language models, and can work collaboratively to push the next generation of products forward at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–4 years experience in ML/Data Science.
• Proven ML/NLP experience.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in ML/Data Science.
• Proven experience as a ML/NLP or similar role.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software
  architecture.
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in Python.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch or
  TensorFlow) and libraries.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands on experience working with Large Language Models and
  associated tools/processes – Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Data
  Bases, Langchain, LORA, Finetuning pipelines etc.
