Job summary

You will collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams, perform data mining, build predictive models and validate them with rigorous testing. A strong foundation in ML, statistics and data manipulation is essential.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in CS or related field.
• 2–4 years in statistical or data science role.
• Experience with ML, statistics and data mining for clustering, classification and regression.
• Experience merging and transforming datasets to create new features.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions in Digital Marketing and Product Management.
• Mine, transform and analyze data from CRM, Digital Analytics UI, external sources data.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance.
• Design, create, test and implement data models that drive analytical solutions.
• Apply A/B testing framework to test models' quality and integrate data insights into business processes.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models, design processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Role Summary

Data Scientist applies strong expertise in machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval to design, prototype, and build AI engine and services. The data scientist collaborates with business partners to define the technical problem statement and hypothesis to test; develops efficient and accurate analytical models that mimic business decisions and incorporates them into analytical data products or tools with the support of a cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

Domain Expertise

• MS/PhD (Computer Science or Electronics), or MS in Computer Applications, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in a statistical and/or data science/data analyst role.
• Experience in machine learning, statistics and data mining for clustering, classification and regression problems.
• Experience merging and transforming internal and external datasets to create new features.
• Experience with Python/R; Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
