Job summary

3shool Technology Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Data Scientist/Analyst with AI/ML focus to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions that drive business value. The role requires 7+ years of experience or a master's degree and full-time commitment.

The candidate will work with NLP, LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, and agentic AI concepts, using Python and SQL, with cloud exposure (AWS or Azure).

Qualifications

• Minimum Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning or related technical fields.
• 3+ years of prior work experience as a data scientist.
• Hands on experience in AI/ML Projects, Developing Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning Models & Techniques, NLP, LLMs.
• Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG Applications, Vector Databases, Transformer Architectures will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (autonomous planning, reasoning, and multi-step actions) and tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, and hands on experience on using cloud technology platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to AI-centric tools like PyTorch, Langchain, Langgraph is desirable.
• Ability to partner closely with a diverse set of business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing and presenting research and technical findings to diverse audiences, with a strong ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and a passion for continuous learning.
