Job summary

RoundCircle Bengaluru (Hybrid) invites an experienced AI leader to architect scalable GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will design, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade models, pipelines, and workflows across the full AI lifecycle.

Lead and mentor engineers, shaping the AI/ML strategy while ensuring governance, security, and robust MLOps practices in production environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Data Science & AI/ML experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• GenAI / LLM development, prompting, and RAG expertise.
• Experience building AI agents with LangGraph or LangChain.
• Knowledge of NLP, transformers, ViT/CNN, and RL fundamentals.
• Enterprise AI governance, security, and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning and transformer-based models.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives with strong MLOps from PoC to production.

• Innovate: Design and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
• Architect: Develop, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning and transformer-based models.
• Scale: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring MLOps excellence from POC to production.
• Lead: Mentor engineers and contribute to our overarching AI/ML strategy and architecture.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science & AI/ML.
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Azure/Databricks ecosystems.
• GenAI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM application development, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Agentic Workflows: Proven experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
• NLP & Deep Learning: Strong foundation in Transformer architectures and NLP techniques.
• Experience with Vision Transformers (ViT), CNNs, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Governance: A focus on enterprise AI security, compliance, and MLOps best practices.
