Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a Senior Data Migration Developer to design and execute scalable data migrations across Salesforce environments and Data Cloud platforms. You will enable AI-driven workflows by cleansing, standardizing, and vectorizing legacy data for Agentforce and grounding context.

• 5+ years of Salesforce data migration experience with architecture and governance.
• Knowledge of Agentforce / AI grounding concepts and RAG workflows.
• Experience with native Salesforce APIs and ETL/ELT tooling for large-scale migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable data migration strategies across Salesforce apps and Data Cloud.
• Prepare legacy data for Agentforce AI workflows including cleansing and vectorization.
• Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Map complex source-to-target relationships while preserving IDs and external IDs.
• Ingest unstructured data (PDFs, articles, case histories) for Data Cloud migrations.
• Automate large-scale migrations with API usage and ETL/Zero-Copy techniques.
• Implement automated QA and governance checks for post-migration integrity.

Senior Data Migration Developer1

Key Responsibilities

• Migration Strategy & Architecture: Design and execute scalable, end-to-end data migration strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, ARM, custom objects, and Data Cloud for enterprise clients.
• Agentforce & AI Data Readiness: Ensure legacy and transactional data is cleansed, standardized, and vectorized (RAG-ready) to support Agentforce Reasoning Engine, action triggers, and grounding context.
• Data Extraction & ETL/ELT: Extract data from legacy databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and transform it to meet target Salesforce and Data Cloud schema standards.
• Field & Relationship Mapping: Map complex source-to-target entity relationships (Master-Detail, Lookups, Junction Objects, Polymorphic fields) while preserving legacy record IDs and external IDs.
• Unstructured Data Ingestion: Prepare unstructured data assets (PDFs, knowledge articles, case histories) for migration into Data Cloud to power Agentforce retrieval workflows.
• High-Volume Execution & Automation: Leverage Salesforce APIs (Bulk API 2.0, REST/SOAP) and ETL/Zero-Copy tools to process millions of records without exceeding platform governor limits.
• Validation, QA & Governance: Create automated verification checks to reconcile post-migration record counts, relationship trees, deduplication rules, and Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce Trust Layer compliance.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Expertise (5+ yrs): Strong hands-on experience with core Salesforce architecture, data security model, governor limits, and data import/export utilities.
• AI & Agentforce Data Concepts: Working understanding of Salesforce Agentforce, Atlas Reasoning Engine context grounding, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and how dirty data impacts AI agent decisions.
• Data Tools Mastery: Advanced experience with Salesforce Data Loader, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Talend, Informatica Cloud (IICS), or Workbench.
• Data Cloud & Data Lakehouses: Practical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, Data Streams, Identity Resolution, and Zero-Copy architecture (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery integrations).
• SQL & SOQL: Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Scripting/Programming: Hands-on capability in Python, Shell scripting, or Apex for custom data transformation and pre-migration sanitization.

Preferred Experience & Certifications

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Required / Highly Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator or Integration Architect Salesforce Agentforce / AI Specialist Certification
• Experience in complex Org-to-Org consolidations or migrating legacy knowledge bases to Salesforce for AI consumption.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or external API integrations for AI agent actions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
