Job summary

Brillio is seeking a data engineering professional with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise MDM implementations and Azure data solutions. You will design, configure, and optimize Profisee MDM solutions, build integrations across Azure and source systems, and ensure data quality and governance across critical domains.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, data owners, and migration activities to deliver reliable data platforms on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Profisee MDM implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure data services and DevOps pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL for profiling and mappings.
• Expertise in master data modeling, matching and survivorship.
• Experience integrating MDM with enterprise applications via APIs/connectors.
• Ability to configure data quality rules and handle exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance enterprise master data management solutions using Profisee and Azure data services to ensure consistent, reliable, and governed business data
• Develop and maintain integrations between Profisee MDM, Microsoft Fabric, Azure platforms, and source systems, achieving seamless data flow and timely synchronization
• Configure and optimize match‑and‑merge logic, survivorship rules, golden record management, and stewardship workflows for critical business domains, improving data accuracy and completeness
• Implement and monitor data quality controls, validation logic, standardization, duplicate detection, and exception handling to increase data reliability and reduce errors
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data quality exceptions, incorrect matches, and master data processing issues across Azure and MDM platforms, ensuring minimal downtime
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and data owners to translate business policies into technical configurations and master data models, driving adoption of MDM standards
• Lead migration activities, data onboarding, initial loads, incremental updates, and ongoing synchronization between systems, delivering projects on schedule
• Maintain comprehensive technical design documents, configuration specifications, integration mappings, and operational runbooks to support auditability and governance
