YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior ETL Data Engineer in Indore to join our healthcare-focused data team. You will lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard development, translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Snowflake.

Collaborating with stakeholders and clients, you will define KPIs, implement complex DAX measures, and deliver performant dashboards that drive insights across the organization.

Qualificações

• 6–8 years of ETL data engineering experience in Pharma/Healthcare.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, Power BI and ETL development expertise.
• Experience leading end-to-end dashboard development and data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard development translating business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and develop complex DAX measures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define KPIs and data requirements.

Experience required: 6-8 years

• Senior ETL Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and ETL development, with experience in the Pharma/Healthcare domain.
• The role involves leading end-to-end Power BI dashboard development, including translating business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions, designing and optimizing data pipelines, developing complex and optimized DAX measures, and building intuitive, performance-efficient dashboards.
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand reporting needs, define KPIs and data requirements, and translate them into effective solutions
