Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Azure data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake.
• Develop and optimize data processing with Python, PySpark, Spark, and SQL.
• Design data models (conceptual, logical, physical) for analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Mentor developers and contribute to architecture reviews and technology decisions.

About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect with strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Spark, Python, and SQL. The role involves designing and implementing scalable data and analytics solutions, building enterprise data platforms, and working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong data engineering fundamentals along with the ability to contribute to data architecture, solution design, performance optimization, and technical decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Azure data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake.
• Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Python, PySpark, Spark, and SQL.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large‑scale data processing.
• Optimize Spark jobs, SQL queries, and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Work closely with clients, business consultants, product owners, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to data architecture and solution design across multiple projects.
• Ensure solutions follow data architecture, security, governance, and performance best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on data engineering and architecture.
• Participate in architecture reviews and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud and data engineering technologies and contribute to technology strategy.
