Job summary

The Hrism in Ahmedabad / Remote is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ETL pipelines for US healthcare data. You will work with HL7/CCD/FHIR formats, implement ETL using C#, SQL Server, and Snowflake, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in ETL development and data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#.
• Advanced expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures).
• Solid experience with Snowflake in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL best practices.
• Experience working with US healthcare data.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, CCD, and FHIR.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and production support.

• Leverage Python for data transformation, automation, and orchestration as needed
• Adhere to HIPAA and healthcare data governance best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on ETL and healthcare data standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including modernization and AI-ready data pipelines
