Hollister Incorporated is seeking a skilled SAP CI‑DS Consultant with 5–8 years of experience in data integration and ETL development using SAP CI‑DS. The candidate will build scalable data integration solutions across SAP and non‑SAP systems, supporting cloud transformation initiatives.

The role involves designing data integration workflows, implementing ETL processes, and integrating SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, IBP) with cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing.
• Experience designing data flows, workflows, tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration workflows and data flows using SAP CI‑DS.
• Implement ETL processes for data migration, replication, and synchronization.
• Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, BW/4HANA, IBP) with cloud/on‑prem systems.
• Configure and manage datastores, connections, and agents.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources.
• Develop and maintain transformations and reusable components.
• Ensure data quality, cleansing, and validation rules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs, failures, and performance issues.
• Support data migration and system integration projects.
• Collaborate with business teams for data mapping, logic, and requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, mappings and test cases.
• Participate in SIT, UAT and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration workflows and data flows using SAP CI ‑ DS
• Implement ETL processes for data migration, replication, and synchronization
• Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, BW/4HANA, IBP etc.) with cloud/on-prem systems

• Develop and maintain custom transformations and reusable components
• Ensure data quality, cleansing, and validation rules
• Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs, failures, and performance issues

• Participate in SIT, UAT, and production support

Essential Functions of the Role

• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.

Education & Work Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

• 5-8 years of experience in SAP Data Services / SAP CI ‑ DS
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing
• Data flows, workflows, tasks, and projects
