Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale data platform initiatives on the Microsoft ecosystem. The role combines hands-on delivery with architectural leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.

You will architect platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services, design Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures, and shape data governance and security strategies, enabling BI, Analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect who is passionate about building enterprise-scale modern data platforms on the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect scalable cloud data solutions while actively contributing to technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.

• Architect enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.
• Design modern Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Build scalable data models, ELT/ETL frameworks, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Define data governance, security, metadata, and data quality strategies.
• Design solutions supporting Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI/ML, and Reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, perform architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance enterprise data platforms.

Must Have Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.

• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of streaming and real-time data architectures.
• Azure/Fabric certifications.
• Experience in Payroll, HCM, or HR Technology domain is a plus.
