Job summary

CitiusTech is seeking a Snowflake Architect - Data Architect to lead enterprise data modernization initiatives, defining target-state data architectures and migrating legacy workloads to Snowflake and Databricks on AWS/Azure.

You will provide technical leadership for data lakes and lakehouse architectures, drive platform governance, and mentor senior engineers across design, deployment, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc).
• Technical certifications in multiple technologies desirable.
• Senior-level experience in data platforms, analytics, and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale data and AI platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native technologies.
• Define platform strategy, reference architectures, and engineering standards for modern data ecosystems.
• Drive development of metadata-driven and scalable data platforms processing hundreds of millions of records.
• Provide technical leadership for distributed systems, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and large-scale analytics solutions.
• Lead engineering teams across design, development, deployment, and operational excellence activities.
• Partner with business and healthcare stakeholders to translate objectives into technical roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of GenAI and AI-powered capabilities across enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, governance, auditability, security, and reliability requirements.

As a Snowflake Architect - Data Architect, you will be responsible for leading enterprise data modernization initiatives, defining target-state data architectures, and driving the transformation of legacy data warehouse ecosystems into scalable Cloud-native payer domain platforms on Snowflake and Azure.

• Perform architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and performance optimization activities.
• Establish CI/CD, observability, and DevOps best practices for data engineering teams.
• Guide cloud implementations across AWS and Azure environments.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads while fostering engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Drive innovation, automation, platform governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience: -

• 14- 24 Years

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
