Job summary

PivotRoots Digital Private Limited is seeking a data analyst to own end-to-end analytics, from data extraction to insight delivery. You will write clean SQL and build Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL across platforms, and proficiency with Power BI. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data accuracy and governance, and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role.
• Strong SQL proficiency across T-SQL, BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and custom segmentation logic.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI — including DAX, data modelling, and visual design.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets.
• Clear communication skills — able to explain findings and logic to business stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, or basic scripting for automation) — added advantage


• Familiarity with CLM tools (Moengage) ,marketing or digital analytics data sources (GA4 etc.)
