You will work at the intersection of data, insight, and storytelling — turning raw data into business decisions through rigorous analysis and compelling visualizations.* Own end-to-end analysis workflows — from data extraction and transformation to insight delivery* Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and custom business logic* Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting* Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks* Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate on solutions* Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all deliverables* Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences**Required Skills & Qualifications****Core Requirements*** 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role* Strong SQL proficiency across any platform ( T-SQL ,Big Query, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.) — including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and custom segmentation logic* 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI — including DAX, data modelling, and visual design* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights* Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets* Clear communication skills — able to explain findings and logic to business stakeholders**Good to Have*** Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, or basic scripting for automation) — added advantage* Familiarity with CLM tools (Moengage) ,marketing or digital analytics data sources (GA4 etc.)Contract Type : PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
