The Data Analyst is a key role within the Customer Remediation team that focuses on making things right when multiple customers are impacted by systemic issues such as errors in pricing, disclosure, or compliance. You will perform a range of data wrangling and analytical activities to identify impacted customers, understand the degree of impact and calculate the required remediation.
Accountable for supporting execution of customer resolution projects in a timely manner for the benefit of our customers. Apply technical SAS / SQL skills and knowledge of banking products and services as part of a dedicated Agile team tasked with end to end resolution of issues. Work with subject matter experts to assess problems and propose potential resolution approach. This includes identification of impacted customers, customer benefit application, assessment of revenue and cost impacts, documentation of methodologies and assumptions, and the development & implementation of appropriate
