Job summary

Walmart Global Tech in Bengaluru seeks a highly analytical Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements across global recruitment programs.   • 4 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

  • Manage Talent Acquisition operations, including onboarding support, ServiceNow ticket management, surveys, vendor invoices, and referral/agency payouts.
  • Create and maintain weekly reports, dashboards, and leadership review presentations.
  • Analyze recruiting data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct talent market and competitive research using LinkedIn and other external sources.
  • Coordinate TA programs and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support RPO operations, vendor governance, and performance reporting.
  • Assist with employer branding activities, recruitment events, conferences, and career fairs.

Position Summary…

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Manager to drive recruitment reporting, operational excellence, workforce analytics, and global TA programs. This role will be responsible for designing executive dashboards, generating insights for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing global stakeholder relationships, driving cross-functional initiatives, and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve recruiting effectiveness and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, data storytelling, program management, stakeholder influence, and emerging AI expertise to support leadership decision-making and scale recruiting operations globally

What You’ll Bring

  • · 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Program Management.
  • · Strong experience in reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and executive presentations.
  • · Hands‑on expertise in managing recruiting operations, vendors, onboarding, and process governance.
  • · Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • · Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
  • · Strong program management, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • · Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
