Maersk is expanding its PAM capability to deliver privileged access management services related to our PAM tool and business identity processes. The role requires 8–10 years of PAM experience and hands-on knowledge of Delinea/Thycotic, IAM, and related processes.
You will work with suppliers to deliver high-quality end-to-end support and continuous improvement across 24/7 shifts. You will provide technical oversight, collaborate with IT security and identity teams, and help shape the PAM roadmap
Maersk are expanding the PAM capability to deliver privileged access management services relating to our key PAM tool and business identity related processes. Working with key suppliers, this Individual will help drive service excellence, continuous improvement and optimise where possible, ensuring a fit for purpose service offering in line with our business platform model. It is vital that the successful candidate for this role is technically experienced and knowledgeable in providing L3 support, including implementing and supporting Delinea Secret Server, Platform, Server Suite and related processes. They should strive to deliver the highest quality service from an end user perspective and be able to work closely with third party suppliers to ensure end to end support is provided in a timely, cost effective and optimal way. The role will focus on providing technical support as part of a highly motivated, focused team responsible for delivering the specific range of PAM support services to Maersk and will be part of building continuous improvement into the ways of working to optimise the service provided and look at internal processes and interfaces with other internal Maersk systems. The post demands an enthusiastic, highly technically skilled individual with at least 8 to 10 years' experience in a similar role. The post holder must have a full range of technical PAM knowledge and experience of implementing, support and service delivery and he or she must be able to communicate to a range of technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and with suppliers. This individual will need to be able to cover work as part of a team covering 24/7 operations as part of an ongoing shift system.
