Job summary

Uffizio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Valsad is seeking a Senior Customer Success Executive to own onboarding and growth for a portfolio of international partner accounts.

You will coordinate with Technical Support, drive renewals and expansions, mentor junior team members, and ensure HubSpot records are accurate while delivering excellent client communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 1.5–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
• Experience handling international clients, and comfortable working across time zones.
• Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and tracking account data.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of newly closed partners, from kick-off call through go-live, following the Onboarding SOP.
• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts across assigned regions and grow vehicle counts on the platform.
• Run regular check-ins and account reviews with partners.
• Track partner health and act early on inactive or at-risk accounts.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, such as more vehicles, add-on modules, and white-label apps.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with Technical Support to resolve partner issues within SLA.
• Cover for other reps' accounts during leave or high-workload periods.
• Keep HubSpot records, activities, and pipelines accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to monthly partner performance reports and MBR data.

Uffizio is a global telematics SaaS company with 700+ partners across 100+ countries. Our white-label fleet management platform, Trakzee, helps system integrators and resellers run and grow their own GPS tracking businesses. The Customer Success team manages about 500 partner accounts across India, the Middle East, APAC & ANZ, USA & EU, and East and West Africa.

Role Summary

We are looking for a mature, self-driven, Senior Customer Success Executive with leadership quality to manage a portfolio of partner accounts. You will take ownership of newly closed partners from onboarding through to steady growth. You will also act as a go-to person for the team on complex accounts, and step in to cover accounts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Account Ownership

• Own onboarding of newly closed partners, from kick-off call through go-live, following the Onboarding SOP
• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts across assigned regions and grow vehicle counts on the platform
• Run regular check-ins and account reviews with partners

Growth & Retention

• Track partner health and act early on inactive or at-risk accounts
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, such as more vehicles, add-on modules, and white-label apps
• Handle escalations and coordinate with Technical Support to resolve partner issues within SLA

Team Support

• Cover for other reps' accounts during leave or high-workload periods
• Support and guide newer CS Executives on partner calls and account handling
• Share partner feedback with Product and Sales

Reporting & Process

• Keep HubSpot records, activities, and pipelines accurate and up to date
• Contribute to monthly partner performance reports and MBR data

Requirements

• Graduate degree required
• 1.5–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing
• Experience handling international clients, and comfortable working across time zones
• Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and tracking account data
• Excellent spoken and written English

Preferred

• Background in B2B SaaS, IT services, logistics, or telematics/GPS/fleet management
• Experience onboarding B2B clients or channel partners
• Some experience mentoring juniors or handling escalations independently
