Job summary

Google’s gTech Professional Services is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to guide customers in adopting scalable ad-tech solutions and to drive technical outcomes across global clients. The role blends customer engagement with hands-on engineering to scope and deploy reusable solutions that scale for thousands of customers.

Candidates should have strong coding experience (6 years), proficiency with multiple programming languages, and a track record of troubleshooting complex

• 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements, provide guidance, and best practices to apply to ad products and technologies.
• Be responsible for proactively scoping, designing, and building a series of solutions and best practices at a global level to be reused by customers, sellers, partners.
• Leverage engineering skills to adapt existing bespoke ads solutions created by Regional teams into globally scaled solutions that can support thousands of customers.
• Own solution life-cycle from discovery, to launch, managing maintenance bugs and feature requests, as well as deprecation for a portfolio of scaled solutions.
