Responsibilities

• Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities as directed.
• Supports the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports.
• Assists with budget allocation, reporting, and cost control for specific construction disciplines or groups of disciplines.

• Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and accuracy.
• Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.

• Performs budget allocation, reporting, and cost control for designated construction disciplines.
• Prepares cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting implementation of project specific cost control and reporting procedures, estimating, analysis and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements. Education And Experience Requirements

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
• Home office experience of minimum 3-5 years is must as a Cost specialist.
