Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a Senior Coordinating Architect to lead design coordination across residential, commercial, and retail projects in a developer-driven environment.

Coordinate consultants, review drawings for cross-discipline alignment, drive design timelines, and ensure timely issuance of coordinated drawings.

Strong communication, ownership, and adaptability are essential to deliver execution-ready designs in a fast-paced, multi-project setting.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in architecture and design coordination.
• Experience across residential (mandatory) and commercial/retail (preferred).
• Prior experience with a developer / PMC / reputed design firm.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural design with basic understanding of MEP and structural systems.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
